Warranty is good and available to the original purchaser only as noted by MARPO KINETICS invoice and is not transferable or assumable. MARPO KINETICS cannot warrant products that have been abused, neglected and/or poorly maintained. All equipment should be reviewed at the time of delivery for damage, breakage, loosening of nuts and bolts, components and/or any other moving parts. Any and all claims for warranty must be received in writing within 70 days of defect. Do not alter, modify or redesign any MARPO KINETICS products or use any replacement parts or materials other than those components original to MARPO KINETICS as it will limit the warranty and liability of MARPO KINETICS. MARPO KINETICS reserves the right to change, replace or modify products, parts, accessories and/or design without notice. Deposits on cancelled orders will be subject to handling and restocking charges.
