How long does it normally take to receive my product?

After placing an order with ThrivesFit, orders are shipped within 1-3 days and are delivered within 7-14 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Free Shipping On Orders Over $99. A flat rate of $10 will apply for shipping cost for orders under $99.00.
Where do you ship from?
All warehouse and fulfillment centers are located within the United States. ThrivesFit currently ships only to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please ensure you provide a physical address, as we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy?
You can return your product up to 30 days after receipt.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees such for non defective returns. If your item arrives defective, damaged or fails to arrive, ThrivesFit will cover all expenses and offer a full refund or replacement.
Also a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
How should I return my product?
To request a return or a refund, you can contact us at contact@thrivesfit.com. Please provide the following in your email:
- Name
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Proof of purchase or receipt
- Pictures and/or videos (If the product is damaged)
We’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
How do i cancel my order?
- You may cancel your order within 1-3 days hours of your purchase.
- If your order is already out for delivery, it means we are unable to cancel it, but no worries! You may follow our return policy when you receive your order.
What if I receive my product damaged?
Check the package for any visible damage that might point to internal problems, such as bent box corners, holes, punctures, or broken pallets. If you notice absolute obvious damage, REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not accept a partial order if any item is damaged. Please note "damaged" on the delivery receipt.
How long does it take to get my refund?
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days from the day it reaches the warehouse. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

How do I receive tracking information?
Once you finalize your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, when your product(s) ships (leaves the warehouse between 1-3 days) you will receive another email which will have your tracking information. You can track your order on our dedicated tracking page.
